Define the platform scope first
A White Label MT5 project should begin with the brokerage’s actual operating model: account types, groups, instruments, branding, administrators and client workflows. A branded terminal alone does not define the complete infrastructure.
TGS coordinates the agreed platform, CRM and server layers. The commercial proposal should identify which platform rights, API permissions, hosting resources, market data and third-party services are included, and which depend on separate arrangements.
Connect MAM and CRM from the beginning
If multi-account trading is part of the plan, confirm manager permissions and API access before choosing the architecture. MAM pools require imported accounts, compatible instruments and validated execution behavior. Copy trading has a separate scope and supports configured hedging-account routes.
The CRM handles client records, staff roles, portals and financial workflows around those trading accounts. Document ownership of symbol mapping, payment configuration, API credentials and operational reconciliation.
- Branded platform and defined account-group structure
- CRM permissions and client workflows
- MAM and copy-trading requirements
- Hosting, monitoring and recovery responsibilities
A staged launch with acceptance criteria
Start with a documented environment and a demo validation stage. Test account import, access controls, deposits and balance records, trade-result handling and the client portal. Introduce production access after the responsible teams accept those workflows.
For a migration, map account and instrument dependencies, data export, downtime tolerance and rollback procedures. Availability, support windows, fees and license terms belong in the agreed proposal. They are not implied by the phrase “MT5 White Label”.
