How the MT5 PAMM model works
PAMM investor accounting differs from allocating separate market orders to each account. In the TGS MT5 edition, a fund uses one dedicated manager account, one broker connection and one currency. Investors hold recorded shares in that fund.
Staff review participation requests, permitted capital and settlement windows. The investor and manager portals expose the information allowed by each role. Fund comparisons use compatible funds and closed-period results.

- Closed-period analytics and private investor PDF reports
Funding, withdrawals and rollover
Funding, withdrawals and settlement require stopped trading with no open positions or pending orders. Manual, daily or weekly windows organize the request queue. Both stages of a transfer must be confirmed before the operation is treated as complete.
An unknown response requires reconciliation. Repeating an uncertain financial command can create a second movement. Set acceptance criteria for the no-position check, partial processing and evidence used to resolve an uncertain result.
Performance fees and High Water Mark
Performance fees use an individual High Water Mark. Recovery of a prior loss below the investor’s earlier maximum does not create another performance fee. Review the investor statement, capital movements and the closed period before approving the result.
Closed-period performance describes completed results. It does not forecast future returns. Compare funds using compatible accounting periods and currencies, with the capital movements visible alongside the result.
Risk monitoring and platform availability
Risk tools monitor floating drawdown, data freshness and manager concentration. Configured limits may restrict new investments; alerts do not automatically close MT5 positions. Notifications depend on the investor’s consent and configured delivery channels.
These PAMM settlement workflows describe MT5. The current MT4 edition retains local interfaces while PAMM settlement, rollover and transfers remain blocked. Validate the selected platform, broker permissions and reconciliation workflow before production.
