MULTI ACCOUNT TRADER / MULTI ACCOUNT MT5

Multi account MT5.
One coherent workspace.

Manage MT5 connections, account groups and staff access in a shared CRM while preserving the operational context of each broker.

Multiple MT5 accounts need more than a login switch

The search for “MetaTrader 5 multi account” can mean several different tasks: viewing accounts from multiple servers, administering broker groups, distributing a trading batch or copying positions. These tasks have different permissions and execution requirements.

TGS separates them into a multi-connection workspace, a trading MAM and a copy-trading module. Teams can oversee imported accounts centrally, then open the selected connection for its client records, financial workflows and account history.

Connections with clear boundaries

Each connection specifies a broker, an HTTPS MT5 Web API endpoint, manager credentials and one exact account group. Additional managers or groups can be added as separate connections. The current release supports up to 50 connections.

Staff receive explicit access to connections. Client records, documents, financial journals, payment settings and portals remain scoped to their connection. Matching account numbers on two different servers do not imply the same physical account.

  • Check API permissions before account import
  • Use a consistent canonical server address
  • Keep broker-specific records and credentials separate

Build the right multi-account workflow

For centralized account oversight, start with connections and staff roles. For approved trading batches, add MAM pools and allocation controls. For supported position replication, configure copy-trading strategies and routes.

The aggregate account overview is based on the latest imported snapshots and shows up to 500 accounts per connection; it is not a live consolidated portfolio valuation. Balances are not summed across connections because the same account may appear under different manager access. Refresh and reconcile data before acting.

QUESTIONS / ANSWERED

The important
distinctions.

Can one broker have multiple connections?

Yes. Separate manager logins or exact groups can have separate connections to the same broker. Staff access is assigned explicitly.

Is a multi-account workspace the same as MAM?

No. The workspace organizes connections and accounts. Trading MAM allocates a confirmed execution plan; copy trading follows supported source positions.

Can the CRM create manager access for any broker?

The broker must authorize the API and manager permissions. Adding a CRM connection does not create those permissions.
